Deposit & Payment

Once we decide on a Design and direction, a 1/3 non-refundable deposit is due.  Once complete,  final payment is due or at least 2/3 in order to ship. Final balance is due within 30 days of receiving the ring. Forms of payment accepted are: Credit Card, Cash, Check, Paypal and Venmo. (Check & Venmo is preferred)

Warranty?

We do not offer a formal warranty, however free repairs and sizing is included in the first year. I suggest getting an insurance policy to cover future loss or damage.

How long does the ring take to complete?

Depending on the complexity of the design we can have a ring within a few weeks to a couple months! We can usually push things through quicker than you'd think... But 4-6 weeks is average.  

Does the Diamond come with a certification?

Yes, All diamonds either come with GIA or EGL Diamond Certifications and in the case that one does not have a certification one can be requested for an additional $250. We want you to feel 100% confident with your diamond purchase!

Returns and Exchanges?

All fine jewelry is non-returnable but exchanges are considered if shes not super happy! We will do everything we can on a case by case basis to either adjust the design based on your needs!
